Nadine Dennis is a Visual Artist and Illustrator. Born
and educated in Toronto Canada, Nadine studied
Fine Arts at York University,  The Ontario College of
Art and she also dabbled in Interior Design at
George Brown College.
She attributes her colourful, whimsical style to an
active imagination combined with the love of colour
and a curiosity about the interplay of light and
shadow on shapes and surfaces.
As a painter, Nadine creates large, vibrant canvases
using acrylic paint.  The smaller paintings and
illustrations are produced using watercolour, pen
and ink and gouache. She has exhibited her work in
the Toronto Area since 1994.
Nadine recently left her job as an Assistant Teacher
with The Toronto District School Board to pursue a
career as an illustrator.  The knowledge and insight
learned from many years of working with children
and teens with learning disabilities, has helped to
develop Nadine’s ability to empathize with her
audience, and therefore, create illustrations that are
both beautiful and inspired.

Nadine Dennis is the Co-Author and Illustrator of
"But I Still Love Him",  the Illustrator for The
"Fantastic World of Lincoln Llama" children's book
series, and children's book Sofia's Pink Balloon,
published by Amethyst House Publishing
